With 391,000 visitors in 2022, the Cité du Vin confirms its attractiveness to French and international visitors and remains one of the essential visits during a stay in Bordeaux.
From February 4, the Cité du Vin will reopen the permanent exhibition, renewed after a month of work. The renewal program is called Neo-Experience 2023, will present a completely redesigned permanent exhibition. To design and produce tailor-made and innovative audiovisual devices without changing the scenography, the Foundation for Wine Culture and Civilizations called on Sim&Sam, Les Films d’ici, Clap 35, Blue Yeti and The Mill.
-The first novelty to appear: Bordeaux 360°.This new formula of the immersive workshop offers an original and unique one-hour journey to discover Bordeaux and its vineyards, and the great diversity of its wines. In the program: tastings of 4 Bordeaux wines in total immersion in 4 different 360° landscapes in a worked sound and musical atmosphere!
-Then follows Via Sensoria Immersive Tasting Tour. The participants of Via Sensoria are invited to experience a unique moment of tasting, strolling through 4 immersive and dreamlike spaces, mixing visual, sound and poetic creations. For its first edition, Via Sensoria will take visitors on a journey through the rhythm of the seasons.
